Highly recommended! Was prompt and professional, and Tom didn't try to oversell his products or services. Didn't charge a consultation fee, which was helpful and we knew we could trust him. Our door was totally broken and needed fixing right away, and he was there to help immediately. Our door was a bit off sizing compared to others' and needed customization, which he also provided quicker than most other places we called. Price may have been slightly higher but we are fully satisfied and have been referring to friends.
